Im going to have to make my room look like trash...

I mean, it kind of already is, but, I have to make it more like trash.

I say that because my room is almost always dirty just because I am often too lazy to put away clothes or neaten anything up. So, making the set design for the film should not be too difficult. I have a few ideas that I want to implement into my film. So, I will go over them now.

                                  LET'S GO

To start, I want to have trash bags laying in a corner for a shot and for the set. This showcases how Will does not even leave his room to take out the trash, and would rather pile up his trash in bags instead of leaving his room. Alluding to this through envrionmental storytelling is something I want to implement into my film.

I also want my set to be relatively dark. In the plot, Will just woke up, so, having a dark room is only fitting for someone waking up from a slumber. The only issue with making the room dark is the lighting. I have a grasp of how to light my scenes, but is something that I will have to spend some more time researching and setting up for the actual production day. I want the shots to look dark, but, I still want the viewers to see Will. I think I will be able to pull it off but, it will obviously be difficult. But, I am willing to be challenged!

As for the outside, my suburban neighborhood during the daytime will work just fine.

I've begun asking some friends to act in my film and I want to knock out production all in one day. I have also worked on a shot list, which I hope to finish in the coming days! Sorry for the short post, but I have been rather busy with classes and extracurriculars. That's it for now... See ya!
